Program Terms & Conditions
Prompt Pay Discount
The Prompt Pay Discount will be accrued and applied at Gilbert’s discretion, not taken by the customer on a monthly basis. Customers are not authorized to deduct the discount from their payments. To qualify for the Prompt Pay Discount, customers must:
Be active participants in the IGNITE Program; and
Make payments on or before the 15th each month.
If a customer’s payment is late, they forfeit the Prompt Pay Discount for that month. Gilbert’s reserves the right to verify compliance and adjust accrued discounts accordingly.
Loyalty Rebates
To qualify for the Loyalty Rebate, customers must:
Be enrolled in Gilbert’s Ignite Loyalty Program at the tier of their choosing;
Achieve a minimum of $30,000 in total sales within a single calendar year; and
Maintain an account in good standing, with payments made within net 30 days of the statement date.
The Loyalty Rebate is calculated on annual net sales, excluding bulk oil and tools & equipment purchases, although tier qualification includes these purchases. Rebate will be issued by March 31, 2027. All program participants are required to pay monthly fees beginning January 1st, regardless of their enrollment date.
Eligible participants may choose how they wish to receive their rebate — via account credit, Gilbert gift card(s). *Exceptions can be negotiated on an individual basis. Rebate eligibility and amounts are reviewed annually and are contingent upon full compliance with program terms. Gilbert’s reserves the right to audit and verify all qualifying sales and account activity prior to issuing rebates.
Online Order Rebate
Customers enrolled in Gilbert’s Ignite Loyalty Program will receive a 2% rebate on all online purchases made during the calendar year.
Rebates are calculated on net purchases only, excluding returns, taxes, shipping, bulk oil, and equipment. Rebates will be issued annually in conjunction with other Gilbert’s rebate programs and are credited or paid at Gilbert’s discretion.
To remain eligible, accounts must be kept current (Net 30 days) and in good standing throughout the program year. Unauthorized deductions from invoices are not permitted. Gilbert’s reserves the right to verify all purchase activity and to modify or discontinue the Online Order Discount Program at any time.
Parts Warranty
Gilbert’s Parts Warranty covers manufacturer defects and premature wear only. This warranty does not apply to parts that fail or wear out due to normal wear and tear, improper installation, misuse, neglect, accident, or lack of maintenance.
Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and, where applicable, supporting documentation or photos showing the defect. All warranty claims are subject to review and approval by Gilbert’s and/or the manufacturer.
“Replacement or repair under this warranty is provided at Gilbert’s discretion and does not extend or renew the original warranty period. No cash value is offered in place of a warranty claim. All cores must be clean, fully drained, and returned in the replacement part box to qualify. Gilbert’s reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet these conditions or where product failure is determined to be outside the scope of manufacturer defect or premature wear.”
Labour Warranty
Gilbert’s will cover a portion of labour costs depending on program tier associated with approved warranty parts claims. Labour coverage applies only to parts determined to be defective due to manufacturer defect or premature wear, as outlined in the Gilbert’s Parts Warranty Terms & Conditions.
Claims must include the original invoice, proof of purchase for the warranted part, and detailed labour documentation (including labour rate and hours).
Labour reimbursement amounts are determined at Gilbert’s discretion, based on standard labour times and approved rates. Labour coverage does not apply to diagnostic time, removal of unrelated components, or repairs resulting from improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
Gilbert’s reserves the right to inspect parts, request additional documentation, or deny claims that do not meet program requirements.
Freight Credits
All freight charges and local pickups will be billed to the customer at the time of order and credited the following month in accordance with program guidelines.
Local pickups are free for all program tiers.
Customers enrolled in the Turbo Program are eligible to receive:
Up to $75 in freight credit per month
Customers enrolled in the Booster Program are eligible to receive:
Up to $30 in freight credit per month
Freight credits are calculated monthly and reset at the beginning of each month. Unused credits do not carry over.
No-Charge Restocking
The Ignite No-Charge Restocking Benefit allows customers to return eligible items without incurring restocking fees, subject to program tier limits:
Booster Tier: Returns accepted up to 45 days post-purchase
Turbo Tier: Returns accepted up to 60 days post-purchase
Restocking credits are billed on each invoice at the time of return and credited to the customer account monthly, reflecting the value of the premium program.
To qualify for this benefit:
Items must be eligible for return, in resalable condition, and include original packaging where applicable.
Returns outside the specified timeframes or items deemed unsellable may be subject to standard restocking fees.
All accounts must be kept current (Net 30 days) to maintain eligibility.
Gilbert’s reserves the right to deny or adjust restocking credits for items returned in non-compliant condition or for accounts not in good standing.
Customer Repair Warranty
The Customer Repair Warranty provides nationwide protection for vehicles serviced at participating shops, offering drivers peace of mind with reliable coverage on parts and labour across North America.
Coverage levels are based on program tiers:
Starter Tier: 1 year or 20,000 km, whichever comes first
Booster Tier: 2 years or 40,000 km, whichever comes first
Turbo Tier: 3 years or 60,000 km, whichever comes first
Warranty coverage applies to approved replacement parts and associated labour for repairs performed at participating repair centers. Coverage is limited to manufacturer defects or premature wear and does not include failures due to normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, or lack of maintenance.
To submit a claim, customers must provide proof of purchase, service records, and warranty documentation. Gilbert’s reserves the right to inspect parts, request additional documentation, or direct repairs to approved repair centers as necessary.
This warranty is a benefit provided to customers by participating shops and is non-transferable outside of the original vehicle owner, unless otherwise stated. Gilbert’s reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Customer Repair Warranty program at any time.
